As bizarre as it competence seem for a place so renouned with kids, Disney Parks will repudiate opening to children younger than 14 who aren’t accompanied by someone who’s older.

The new process will take outcome Saturday during all U.S. Walt Disney World and Disneyland resorts and parks, WDWMagic.com reported.

The parks have no age mandate now, though chose 14 formed on guest surveys and submit from child-welfare organizations, Disney mouthpiece Suzi Brown told The Associated Press. She pronounced visitors and a organizations concluded on a new age limit.

“That was a age they felt was appropriate,” she said. “That’s also a age a Red Cross recommends for babysitting.”

Brown also pronounced there was no sold occurrence that triggered a new policy. “This was a pierce to move a unchanging age process opposite a domestic resorts,” she  said.

If a child who appears to be younger than 14 tries to enter a park but someone who appears to be comparison than 14, Disney expel members will rivet a guest in conversation. The worker will afterwards verbally try to establish either a guest is too young. If he or she is, a child’s primogenitor or defender will be contacted to chaperon a child into a park.
