The Orlando Police Department and one of a officers are being sued for an vague volume by a relatives of a male who died after being dumbfounded by a Taser during Universal Orlando. Adam Johnson, 33, was repelled several times on Apr 22, 2011 during Universal CityWalk by Officer Edward J. Michael, an off-duty Orlando policeman operative as a Universal confidence guard. The lawsuit tells a opposite story of a encounter, claiming that Johnson “had not overwhelmed or threatened a officers” and “they had no authorised justification to catch him and acted but provocation.” It also claims that Officer Michael used his Taser on Johnson a integrate some-more times, even after he was already “passive and defenseless.”
